My amazing mum 🥰♥️ I started training her once we opened up our gym earlier this year...she is without a doubt, the most inspiring person to me.

Every session she comes in and tries her absolute best at anything I throw at her! 💪🏼 She never complains, is always smiling, wants to do extra reps all the time (even when I tell her to stop! 😂) and she hasn’t missed a session yet 👌🏼 ...and this is someone who was never into fitness (her family didn’t have the money to send her to sport), and who has started going to the gym for the very first time this year.

72 years old and the most youthful, life loving, energetic, funny human 🌈 a true example of our ability to start any dream or journey at any time!

PROGRESS:
She is down almost 4kg, has built up muscle mass, greatly improved her coordination and functional mobility, and is getting stronger and stronger every week 🙌🏼 What a weapon! 👊🏼
