POWER YOGA FLOW ✨ This flow was a lifesaver after 9hrs in the car! 😵 Adam and I packed up the car and road tripped down to Esperance for the next few days...this part of our state is absolute magic, and I’m so excited to share what we get up to while we’re here! 😍 ...also, not gonna lie, staying here at @esperancechaletvillage has been on top of my bucket list for aaages! I was running around like a little kid in awe of how cute everything was when we got here! 😂😍 It’s like my dream childhood cubby house! haha

Here’s the flow:

▪️1. GODDESS FLOW
Repeat 10 x as warm up

▪️2. 3 LEGGED DOG > SIDE PLANK > WILDTHING > CHATURANGA DIVE
Repeat 3 x (left side then right side = 1 rep)

▪️3. CHAIR > WARRIOR III > CRESCENT ARMS
Repeat 3 x (left side then right side = 1 rep)

▪️4. DOWN DOG > SIDE PLANK HOVER > PUSH UP
Repeat 3 x (left side then right side = 1 rep)
