LEGS + ABS TRAVEL WORKOUT ⛺️🚍🛥🚙 Although many of us can’t travel internationally at the moment, you might be holiday-ing in your own state or city...Like me! (I’ve spent the last 3 days at Rottnest Island, just off the West Australian coast ☀️

Working out can sometimes be hard if you don’t have the space, facilities, or even equipment like an exercise mat..so, he is a workout where you don’t need anything at all! 🙌🏼 You don’t even need to lay down for abs!
