ABS + OBLIQUES CHALLENGE 👊🏼 As you know, this is my favourite area to train! So I wanted to give you guys this challenge that I did over the weekend 😬
Do 10reps of each exercise, then 9, then 8, then 7....until you get down to 1. You can leave it there OR, try and work your way back up to 10! 😵
Set a timer, and see how quickly you can do it! Tray it again in a few weeks and see if you can beat your time (keeping good technique this! 😉)

▪️1. SIDE ELBOW PLANK HIP DROP + REACH
Keep your bottom forearm pressing firmly into the ground. Drop to your bottom knee to make this exercise easier 👌🏼
▪️2. ELBOW PLANK HIP DROPS
Be strong in your upper body + think about pressing the ground AWAY with your forearms. Draw a rainbow with your hips + keep it controlled!
▪️3. DIAMOND LEG LOWERS
Rest your head heavy in your hands + use your core to keep your shoulders up. Keep your torso as stable as possible as your lower + lift your legs (lumbar spine pressing down into your mat)
