Flowers need sunlight, soil and rainwater to grow big and strong, otherwise their growth is stunted, they rot and die or fail to grow at all. Our sunlight is our self worth, positive energy and outlook on life, our soul is our environment and the people who surround us and our rain water is the food that we consume and level of exercise we take on a daily basis. Together, all three of these things allow us to flourish and grow strong, but if just one is failing then it all fails. You can be a happy person in a bad environment with people who don’t deserve you and because of that you’ll be stunted and rot - you won’t believe in yourself, won’t push yourselves and won’t stand up for what you deserve. You could work super hard at the gym but have very little time for or knowledge of nutrition, burn out and lose your gains completely - we all have busy lives but if we fail to put ourselves first then we must respect our results to reflect last place. We need to align our body mind and soul in order to reach our best, just like the beautiful strong sunflowers standing proud and tall. So take a microscope to your life my darlings, assess what works for you and what really doesn’t, what you love most and what you’d like to change, where you are now and where you want to be in the future.
