Born in a food stall in 2005, @xianfoods is now a small empire in New York, with 13 locations serving Western Chinese dishes to legions of hungry fans. Jason Wang (@jais3n), who runs the business with his father, says that family recipes and memories color many of the dishes they serve, like these brussels sprouts with shrimp sauce, a crispier take on the version his mom used to make for him when he was growing up.
