💪🏼DUMBBELL DAY 💪🏼💪🏼

let’s grab your dumbbells and have a great day! 🥳🥳 This upper body workout is so good you’ll want to throw a party!

1️⃣ LATERAL FRONT LADDER 1-5 reps Make sure you’re not locking out your elbows do you want to keep a slight van and lead up through your elbows. You don’t need to bring your arms above shoulder level.

2️⃣ ROTATION ALTERNATING ARNOLD 12 reps each side. If your having a hard time coordinating the rotations just rotate your arms together. in your Arnold press you should start with your palm facing your face as you press up your hand rotates to face outward.

3️⃣ BENT OVER FLY VARIATION 8 reps each on each side again you don’t want to lock out your elbow on the flys. Make sure you keep your back flat and ore engaged.

4️⃣ BENT OVER ROW CURL 12 reps each side The ultimate back and bi exercise! Again make sure you keep your back flat and core engsged. When you’re performing around make sure you keep your elbow close to your body.
