Ingredients:
1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
1 cup light or dark rum
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Steps:
Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and chopped mint in large punch bowl. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint, if desired.
