Best of all it’s very easy to make! #DoleSunshine #CanItPineapple Recipe: 1 Can Dole pineapple tidbits in 100% juice 2 Sheets frozen puffed pastry 2 tbsp Butter 1 Egg wash 8oz Prosciutto 4 tbsp Goat cheese 1 pinch salt 1 pinch black pepper Red pepper flakes Hot Honey Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Pat the pineapple dry with paper towels. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the pineapples. 2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper 3. On a floured surface roll out the puff pastry sheets. Cut them into 12 squares 4. Arrange the pastry squares on the parchment paper with space between them. Pierce the dough with a fork a few times on each square. Egg wash all the pieces. 5. Place the pineapple pieces on top of the pastry squares and bake about 15-17 minutes until the pineapple starts to brown. 6. Top each pastry with prosciutto and drizzle hot honey.
