The taste of summer has never been cooler with this Mango Maple Mocktail made with our DOLE® Frozen Mango Chunks. Just sit back and sip away.

Ingredients:
1 cup DOLE® Chilled Pineapple Orange Juice
1 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks
4 (1/2 inch) thick slice fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 ounces maple syrup

Steps:
Combine pineapple juice, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container. Add 2-1/2 cups ice. Cover; blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and dried ginger.
