Ingredients:
2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
2 cups arugula
1 cup DOLE® Fridge Pack Mixed Fruit
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup grilled chicken strips
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Steps:
Pour vinaigrette over arugula; toss to evenly coat, in large bowl.
Add mixed fruit, bacon, tomatoes and chicken over arugula. Toss together; sprinkle with cheese.
