Vulture, a black-throated monitor, came to @cub.creek.science.camp as a baby many years ago. Like most lizards, Vulture likes to spend his days sunbathing and taking long naps. Black throated monitors are one of three subspecies of rock monitor lizard, and are native to Tanzania.
