Tomorrow is #worldlizardday ! We’re starting our celebration early with this savanna monitor lizard @denverzoo. ​There are 78 species of monitor lizard that can be found in Africa, Asia and Oceania. Monitor lizards are carnivores, feeding on eggs, fish, reptiles, birds and small mammals.
