These mythical islands brought about an amazing adventure. To say we got lucky on this trip would be an understatement. The dark, stormy weather cleared and gave way to fairy-tale conditions. I had the unique opportunity to be part of @taylorfreesolo's new environmental doc, “From Kurils With Love,” which is currently touring film festivals. The film discusses how the ecosystem here is being pushed toward collapse as climate change affects the world.
