I used to train HIIT and cardio everyday, focusing on my stamina, flexibility and agility rather than strength. That all changed when I realised how sexy it was to have a tight, toned and definite physique through bodybuilding and building muscle rather than being limp, thin and somewhat shapeless as a cardio bunny. Now I get so excited to build my thighs, back and booty up and love how womanly and powerful it makes me feel.
