I’ve taken it for granted as it’s always been so reliable. At times I’ve been quite careless about what I put in it and what I put on it. Right now it’s saying I need to pay way more attention to its need for nourishment and care. It’s brought me to this good life despite my neglect and now I need to take care of it. My body, the earth and so many people right now are needing nourishment and care. For me the three are interconnected. So I’m slowing down even more.Today I made homemade applesauce and yesterday vegetable barley soup. I wasted not a speck. I had intentional conversations and am thinking of ways to be of use.
