WRIST FRIENDLY ARM WORKOUT 🙌
This is one of my most requested videos, so for the ladies out there who have asked, this one’s for you!! Note: This is NOT a wrist recovery workout or exercises to strengthen your wrist, this is simply for people who currently have a sore wrist and want to avoid placing excess pressure on it during their workouts.

Wrist pain can be caused by poor form while training and also by some common exercises like push-ups and burpees. The pain is caused by pressure on the wrists and lack of mobility on the joints.

Watch closely for my tips on wrist placement then SWIPE across to the workout. Proper wrist placement is key in helping to reduce any extra pressure on your wrists and avoiding the risk of injury during a workout.

This is a wrist friendly arm workout that you CAN do using JUST a set of dumbbells.

✅Bent-Over Row - 12 reps
✅Bent-Over Reverse Fly (overhand) - 15 reps
✅Bicep Curl (neutral) - 15 reps
✅Chest Press - 12 reps
