Leg workout from earlier 🖤 the gym was actually kinda crowded so after the first movement, I tried to just stay outside 😂
Workout:
- Smith machine pin sumo squats: 4 sets of 12 fully stopping at the bottom
- Super set: DB RDL’s (4 sets of 12) with goblet squats (4 sets of 15)
- Walking lunges: 3 sets of 20
- Curtsey lunges: 3 sets of 10 each leg
- Cable pull thru’s: 4 sets of 15
