Shoulder workout bbbb!!! It felt so good to hit shoulders in the gym again 💕💕 I kept it simple and tried to stay in one area - just a quick & effective workout.
Also, this outfit is my entire world lol I am insanely obsessed @balanceathletica LAUNCHING JULY 27th!!! (My try on haul will be up this week 🤍) Wearing a small top, xs bottoms
Workout:
- Seated DB shoulder press: 4 sets of 10
- Super set: seated lateral raises (3 sets of 15) with seated front raises (3 sets of 15)

- Banded external rotations: 3 sets of 12 pausing and holding
- Slow negative lateral raises: 4 sets of 10
- Upright row to press: 3 sets of 12
- Push ups: 3 sets of 10
