At home legssss 🔥 Hopefully this is my last home workout for a minute as gyms are opening up in Denver 🙌🏻⁣

- KB Sumo squats: 4 sets of 15⁣
- Staggered stance RDL’s: 4 sets of 12 each leg⁣
- Band goblet squats: 3 sets of 15⁣
- Super set: banded kneeling hip thrusts (3 sets of 15) with banded RDL’s (3 sets of 15)⁣
- Hip thrusts: 3 sets of 20⁣
