Lil no equipment full body workout today 🙏🏻🤍 Definitely itching to get back in the gym but I am always humbled by how rough body weight workouts can be 😂
Workout: 4 rounds
- Squat to calf raise: 15 reps
- Reverse lunge to knee ups (I added a lil jump): 10 reps each leg
- Pike push-up: 10 reps *this was my first time doing these and um ow*
- Plank jacks: 20 reps
- Bird dog: 8 reps each side
- Glute bridges: 15 reps
