Another at home leg workoutttt - I didn’t want to leave Juicey today & the weather was so nice I took it to the roof 🙌🏻
Workout:
- KB goblet squats: 4 sets of 15
- Super set: Band RDL’s (3 sets of 15) with Band sumo squats (3 sets of 15 not fully locking out at the top to keep tension the entire time)
- Band good mornings: 3 sets of 15
- Step ups: 3 sets of 10 each leg
- Hip thrusts: 3 sets of 20
- Curtsey lunge / squat complex: 3 sets of 12 - 6 lunges on each side, 12 squats total)
