I posted more about her achievements in the comments too!! . “I started the Fit Body app on March 24th because I’d got to the point where I just hated my reflection in the mirror, I realised I had NO photos of me and my son (he was 8 months old) because I hated the way I looked. I’ll never forget that morning I decided to go for a run and then complete my first Legs + Glutes session. I literally didn’t even make it 3 minutes running before I ended up coming home and felt so ashamed that I’d let myself get to this point. I did a @fitbodyapp workout and loved it and that’s where it began. . I saw Anna’s posts about a 12 week challenge and although I’d started your workouts, I didn’t even know where to start with my nutrition so I thought I’d give it a shot. And thats where the progress started for me. . Looking back through my posts I remember the fear I had at the end of day 2, thinking I would never make it to my goal and the end of the 12 weeks and I’m so proud I’ve achieved it and MORE. . I’m SO glad I set up a separate instagram (@alexandra_fbg_) because this has definitely made a huge impact on my progress and my journey. I’ve met so many amazing girls through the FBG Community and lots who I can now call my friends. . Anna I could honestly go on for pages, once again thank you for bringing ME back. I’m the happiest and most confident I’ve ever felt in myself, I’m so proud of my body and all that its achieved. . I’m never going to neglect my body again and this is a new lifestyle for me and there is no going back!
