And it’s so freeing. . Forget what society tells you you need to look like because guess what, if you’re curvy, you’ll get told you need to lose weight. If you’re strong, you’ll get told to ease up on the weights, and if you are skinny, you’ll get told to eat a burger. . Being pregnant, I’m constantly getting told to “take it easy”, which I am, but pregnancy is not a disability so I’m not going to treat it as such. It’s empowering to move and challenge your body, pregnant or not. It’s even more empowering to do what YOU want to do with your body regardless of what society or friends or family tell you 😉🙌 . P.S.
