Monday Ab Motivation - how often do you train abs?  Great abs take dedication, hard work and a good diet.  ⁣
The key to visible abs is to lower body fat %.  You can train your abs all you want, but if your diet isn’t in check you will never see your abs. You don’t need to starve yourself just find balance between diet and exercise then stay consistent. 😅💪🏼⁣

My favorite High intensity ab workouts:⁣
⁣1️⃣ Hanging sit-ups ⁣
4 sets x 8-12 reps ⁣
2️⃣ Standing Ab roller ⁣
4 sets x 8-12 reps ⁣
3️⃣ Hanging leg raises w/ medicine ball⁣
4 sets x 8-12 reps⁣
4️⃣ Laying leg lifts with hip elevation and twists⁣
4 sets 8-12 reps⁣
5️⃣ Dumbell crunches (abs)⁣
4 sets x 8-12 reps ⁣
6️⃣ Dumbell leg lifts (abs)⁣
4 sets x 8-12 reps⁣
