I find greater meaning in life when I am more selective on how and where I spend my time, the relationships I invest in and those I allow into my life that can influence me and offer me advice. We eventually all become shaped by of our actions and the people we surround ourselves with. So for me I find it more important to treat my mind like I do my body.
