This is a circuit workout so you’re going to do all exercises workout any rest. Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat 4 times. So 12-15 reps!

2. Curtesy lunges (Light band) -
3. Pulse jump squats (light band)

4. Abductors (medium band) -
5. Hip thrusts into abductor (heavy band) -
6. Glute crossovers (light band) -
