We stand in solidarity with the Black community, and we condemn racism and police brutality in all forms. Black Lives Matter.

As we continue to focus our resources toward meaningful reporting about the movement and protests, we’re also putting our money behind our words by making a donation to the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund @naacp_ldf.

We recognize that, as a brand whose content and staff makeup have historically been, and continue to be, woefully lacking in Black voices, we are undeniably a part of the problem. Moving forward, we are even more committed to using Food & Wine as a platform to amplify, fund, and uplift diverse voices and faces.

Implementing meaningful, effective change is our top priority. We are starting by taking a hard look at who we are today, with the goal of making sure that our team culture and our storytelling can become a part of the solution in correcting our country's systemic injustices and inequalities.
