Ribs and back are still hurting me a tone... that’s what you get for being a shorty 🤪

I only trained 3 time last week and slept A lot. Super tired this week and I’m sure the isolation isn’t helping “

Short of breath a bit to so I am now doing some fast walk in my training and truly starting to transform into a mom haha 😆 also my clothes don’t fit anymore Hahahaha “
