As summer takes its hold on the region here in Siurana the sun has risen much higher and its orientation with the crags has changed a lot. The rock ceases to cool off at night, so even if the overall air temperature ebbs the friction remains garbage in general 😤 However, once every couple weeks, it rains, the rock cools down, and the dry North or West wind arrives, lowers the humidity and actually blows into the sector of La Capella (unlike South and East winds) 😳 It may sound kooked out, but there is still a small chance for some magic to happen ✨ I still climb to the same place I was getting in the winter 🤯 and have been made superior links then I ever had in the past (I climbed the route once skipping the hard move down low by grabbing the 2nd draw 🙃) I surprisingly feel much stronger in the route, even if its 25c 🤭 yet sadly...it’s probably a delusion to think it can still go down 🥺 As we are stuck here semi-indefinitely until I can figure out my Visa situation and they open the borders, delusions are a healthy way of staying sane 😂🤣🤪!!!
