Kate Oliverさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Kate OliverInstagram)「Last summer, as I spent my days healing and growing by the lake, a tiny seed began to take hold - I knew that the seed contained something very important - my desire to work with other women on a heart-level, while continuing my own becoming and creating sustainability (emotionally and environmentally) around my work and in my life. Then, I was in the middle of traveling across the continent to write and photograph my book, and we’d just come off a renovation job. I was working through trauma. So I told the idea to wait, to hold on. It wasn’t time yet. I needed to be where I was, to honor my healing and self, and to finish my commitments. In early winter, I was feeling...ready. I still wasn’t quite sure of how I wanted to work with other women yet, so I began working with a life coach. In that time with my coach, the seed began to sprout and emerge, much like the seeds in our little nomadic garden this spring. The day the leaves unfurled for the first time was unlike anything I’d ever experienced in my life. I’ve been drawn to things, passionate about things, but never before have I had the moment of simply knowing, with absolute clarity, what I want to spend my days doing. In the past four months, I have been creating and building my own life coaching practice, @moonrisingcoaching. I am helping other women identify the things they most want in life. Using our own stories, grit, experience, raw creative gifts, and the beauty of a blank slate with me as their coach (we are not meant to live in boxes built or defined by other people), we identify obstacles, set goals, name our emotions, set boundaries, create actionable steps, and work together to uncover our deepest dreams, ideas, and hopes for our lives. I hope you will join me, even if only in spirit and support, as I do this work that feels like an unfurling, new life itself, light, breath, abundance, and absolute truth.
