Traditionally, this dish is a dry-stir fry, not a lot of sauce is added into Kung Pao chicken. However, with the explosive of big, BIG flavours, you don’t mind to have a just a little more sauce. There’s so much flavour in this it’s crazy! And trust me, when the dish was hot-off-the-wok, those chopsticks were moving faster. #lockdowncooking #leesamantha
