Nothing taste more heavenly than combining cheese and spices with cauliflower. I’ve been making whole roasted cauliflower at home for years. These are two of my favourite recipes- Cheesy Cauliflower and Spicy Cauliflower. Roasting cauliflower as a whole head turns it into a side dish or main that not only looks impressive, fashion, it’s absolutely delicious too.
