I mentioned in my story how I am doing mostly banded only workouts right now, and I love them!! bands are super versatile and add a nice dose of intensity to my exercises. I have quite a few bands ranging from low to high resistance, and sometimes when I’m feeling crazy I’ll layer my bands for an extra challenge😅

Today all I used was a single band to treat my muscles with a little love 💜 ⠀
No band? Don’t worry! Use a dumbbell, a diy weight (see my post on April 21 for an example), or simply get in formation without the added resistance!💜

🌿WORKOUT:

🌼Banded row into ADL-RDL: 15 reps
🌼Banded hip thrust into abduction - 15 reps
🌼Seated banded lat pulldown - 12 reps
🌼Alternating diamond to standard push up - 10 reps
🌼Side elaborate plank raise into hip abduction - 10 reps per side

Don’t forget, you’re allowed to rest in between each exercise! I encourage it. I repeated this for 4 rounds 💜
