I packed a shopping bag (make sure it’s sturdy!) with about 7 cans of food. the bag weighed about 10 lbs, which was just enough resistance for this heart-happy circuit 💜

🌿CIRCUIT:
⠀
🦋Modified kettlebell swings: 20 reps
🦋SL front lunge pulse (right): 20 reps per side
🦋SL glute bridge: 20 reps per side
🦋Leaning SL hip abduction: 20 reps per side
🦋Standard squat: 20 reps

🌿Complete each exercise with as much rest as you need in-between (I rested for about 10 s)

🌿Rest 2 minutes after you’ve completed the circuit, and repeat 3-4 more times 💜
