WHAT DO YOU THINK of my current physique? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m 7.5 months postpartum. My macros are currently 165 grams of protein, 175 grams of carbs, 45 grams of fat and I weighed in at 139lbs this AM. I just signed up for another @fitin5challenge to help keep myself account for my food and workouts. (I love having a goal to work towards, keeps me on track and focused.) At this moment my goal is to tighten and tone up a little more without losing a lot more weight and to gain back some muscle. DO YOU have any current body goals? 💟💪🏼 #7monthspostpartum
