I've just started my 7th Invisalign tray, which means I'm a 1/4 of the way there. So I'm pretty happy about that today. 😁
Having to constantly touch my mouth during a pandemic has meant I've had to be extra mindful, but I've got into a good routine of washing them with Dettol soap every time I take them out.
I'd wanted Invisalign for years and years, and I'm so happy I finally decided to do it. Aside from the aesthetic reasons, my teeth were becoming so overcrowded they actually ached.
They took a couple of days to get used to, especially once they attached the grips to my teeth and it cut my gums for a day, but I'm really starting to notice the difference now. I also really don't lisp as much as I expected to, so I leave them in for work calls! I'm very grateful to my dentist @drrhonaeskander, who ensured I had all of my trays at the beginning of lockdown so I can continue with my journey.
