One thing I’ve really learned after all of the years of competitive bodybuilding is that with anything that’s competitive in nature, you have to learn to have fun with it or success will be tough to create over the long term. ⁣

While I’ll always give 110% and challenge myself to be the best every day, continuing to have success at anything is difficult if you’re always putting immense amounts of pressure on yourself. Always remember that.⁣

For all of you guys following your dreams out there, enjoy the process. Find a way to make it fun and make every day count as much as you can. Be patient with the process and it will pay off. ⁣⁣
