Photo by @steven_gnam | The kelp forest is always in motion, swaying likes trees in the wind. As I drift near the bottom, carried by the tidal rhythm, the kelp comes alive. Fish that were hiding and camouflaged as I dove down now swim into the openings. It reminds me of being in a terrestrial forest after the birds forget you are there. Free diving off the southern California coast.
