Photo by @JimRichardsonNG | Loch Oich always seems a bit more mysterious than its neighbors on either side, Loch Ness and Loch Lochy. Perfect for a ramshackle boat tucked into a cove, no one seen, never moved. Not far away is the Well of the Seven Heads, a fine monument to the murderous revenge visited upon these shores in 1663 by Bald Iain (washed seven severed heads in the loch, he did). Pretty place.
