Tomorrow is week 3 of our New Year Who Dis Challenge and our first workout is a HIIT FAT BURNER Some of the exercises in tomorrows workout can be a little demanding/challenging so I wanted to provide a lower impact workout option. Feel free do to this workout instead of tomorrows and if you’re an absolute savage, you can do both 😜 I’ve also added alternatives below for particular exercises in this workout in case you’re looking for options. I want the New Year Who Dis Challenge to be as inclusive of a variety of fitness levels as possible so if you have any issues or you’re looking for more exercise options please comment below! I’m here to help and want you to get the best results possible. LET’S DO THIS!

30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest
60 – 90 seconds rest between sets

- 30 sec each side Lunge w/ Knee Drive (Option: Reverse or Stationary Lunge Only)
- 30 sec Plank w/ Toe Tap (Option: Plank or Bear Hold Only)
- 30 sec Crawl Outs
- 30 sec Squat w/ Knee Tap (Option: Air Squats)
- 30 sec Bicycles
- 30 sec Cross Jack (Option: High Knees, Butt Kicks or Jumping Jacks)
