If you want to add this to your legday I would suggest to do the following:
1️⃣ Sumo squat pulses 3x 15 reps. (1 rep is 2 pulses).
2️⃣ One legged lunge 3x 12 reps for each leg.
3️⃣ Abductor machine 4x 15 reps. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ps. I use the lifting belt to support my lower back on leg days because of two herniated discs- this really helps me in my workouts😇🙏🏽
