A month ago, I met a strong and motivated group of aspiring female firefighters. We started training together and grew the concept of @fitfirefemale. We inspire each other, push each other, support one another, and grind it out on the daily. It is painful, uncomfortable, and strenuous work. But it’s easy to forget that when we are having so much FUN.

This is a video (in 2 parts) of this past Sunday’s “SMELLY SIX" workout:

4 warm up laps & DROM.

Shuttle sprints 3 rounds:
Cone to 15 yard
Cone to 25 yard
Cone to 35 yard

Partner WOD. Each group consists of a pair.

6 Stations AMRAP 12mins per station.  3 min break after each station

Group1 (total reps break up accordingly)
40 Box jumps
40 Slam balls
40 Pistols
4x 50m Sledge drag + Pull

Group2 (total reps break up accordingly)
40 DB thrusters 35lbs
40 Jumping lunges 
40 American Kbs 53kg
4x 25yard sb pull with attic crawl

Group 3
P1: 2 sledgehammer + 1 burpee
P2: 1 tire flip + 1 burpee
P1 & P2 are working at the same time. Complete 8 reps and switch. Complete 4 rounds each. Remaining time REST.

Group 4 (total reps break down accordingly)
40 situps
4 x 25m wheelbarrow
40 50lbs/100lbs SB OTS
4x 50m Farmer Carry 95lbs

Group 5
4 x 25s battle ropes
4 x 25m fireman carry
4 x 50m hose pull/drag attach KB
40 goblet squat #55lbs

Group 6
P1: 200m Run with vest/scba
P2: 20 hand release pushups
(Complete 4 rounds. Remaining time REST)
