2. Weighted Pull ups 4 x 8 reps
3a. Lat Pull overs 3 x 12
Super set with
3b. Back extension 3 x 12
4a DB shrugs 3 x 15
Super set with
4b. Rear delt DB flys 3 x 10
5. Incline bench DB Curls 3 x 8
6. EZ bar preach curl 3 x 8.
