New year, new training split!

Loving the new @fitnessculturetraining 20 for 20 challenge workouts! The push, pull, legs split is a favorite.

Push (strength emphasis)

A. Close grip flat bench - 4 x 6-8 reps.
B. Push press - 3 sets x 6 reps
C. Incline DB bench - 3 x 8-10 reps.
D1. DB lateral raise - 3 x 10 
D2. Tricep skull crusher - 3 x 10
E1. Front raise - 3 x 10
E2. Tricep weight dips - 3 x 10.
