Shoulder day at the coolest outdoor gym in the world! Even though some of this equipment looks petty crazy it’s all functional and can be done at your gym!
1️⃣ clean and press - 4 x 8reps. Focus on good form and moving quickly.
2️⃣single arm DB snatch - 2 x 3. This is a exercise to be done with great form!
3️⃣side lateral raise - 4 x 10-12 reps
4️⃣seated DB press - 4 x 12, 10, 8, 8 try not to hit yourself in the head like I did
5️⃣upright row - 4 x8
superset with
6️⃣.front raise with plate - 4 x 8
7️⃣ YTW raise with TRX 3 x 5
