5min BOOTY 🍑 These 3 exercises were the key to kick starting my own glute activation & strength progress 💪🏼 So, I thought I would put them in a quick lil workout you can do everyday! ☺️🙌🏼 Try BEFORE you workout so your glutes are activated and work for the rest of your training sesh 👊🏼

▪️30sec SEESAW SQUAT
(Really push through your heels & do this exercises quickly for extra glute activation!)
▪️30sec | each side SIDE PLANK CLAM
▪️30sec | each side SIDE LYING LEG LIFTS
(Point your toe down to activate glute med, and avoid hip flexor over-activation)
