1. Elevated stability wall climber - 30 seconds
2. Single Leg Wall Squat - 8 reps each leg
3. Explosive Single Leg Bridge - 8 reps each leg (shoutout husband @ochosystem for this one ❤️)
4. Burpee to Wall Toss - 30 seconds (focus on power of the toss)
