😎 Hello 2nd Trimester!!
•Weight ⬆️ 2kg (4.4lbs)
•Working Out ~ 3-4x/wk mixed lifting and metcons, now adding in some bodybuilding for another day 💪🏼
•Cravings: McDonalds Fries, Root-beer, and Hotdogs (not supposed to eat 🌭 but I’ve caved a few times lol) 🍟
•Main Symptom Right Now: 🔮 dizzy spells!

PSA: Don’t go near babies or pregnant women if you are sick! 🙅🏼‍♀️ During pregnancy, I learned recently, women are immunocompromised.

It's a mouthful of a word that means you have a weakened immune system when you're preg, so it's easier to catch illnesses or infection. This is semi-terrifying.

Knowing that I have a doctor on call whenever I have a question about my or my baby's health has been a blessing. I have @SteadyMD, which provides me with an online doctor who I can text, call, or video chat with on a regular basis, whenever I need.

And if I do (hopefully I don't {🤞🏼}) get any cold or flu symptoms, my doctor can get me prescriptions quickly, so I don't even have to drive out to a doctor's office.
