Goblet squats are a full-body movement. They will work your, core, quads, calves, glutes, and grip strength because you’re holding onto the dumbbell. It’s also a highly effective exercise for burning fat, because you can perform a high number of reps which will get your heart rate pumping and increasing oxygen consumption.

💥HOW TO PERFORM GOBLET SQUATS
1️⃣Hold a weight at chest height, using both of your hands and stand with your feet about hip-width apart.
2️⃣Tighten your core, drop your butt back and down to lower into a squat while keeping your chest up.
3️⃣Sit back on your heels without shifting your weight forward onto the balls of your feet.
4️⃣Try to get as deep into the squat as possible to maximize the pump.
5️⃣Drive your heels from the floor and come back up to standing and give your glutes a squeeze at the top.
6️⃣Repeat For 15-20 Reps.
